These terms apply to the purchase of credits on crawl-ia.com and to their use in the paid tools of the site. Buying credits means accepting these terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle charges you, issues the invoice and applies the VAT due. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment.
You have 14 days after purchase to withdraw, for the credits you have not used. By running a paid tool, you ask for the service to be performed immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the credits used (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
Unused credits are refunded on request within 14 days of purchase. Ask from the order management link sent by Paddle with your invoice, or write to us at contact@referenceur-web.pro. Paddle pays the refund back to the payment method used, and the matching credits are removed from your account.
Credits already used are not refunded, unless the tool returned no result: in that case they are returned to your account automatically.
The tools analyse public data at a given time. Their results are given for information; the publisher provides them with care but does not guarantee any ranking outcome.
Account data is used to provide the service. Payment data is handled by Paddle and never reaches crawl-ia.com. Details are in the legal notice.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution is sought first; consumers may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
